Return Policy

At Nora & Olivia, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. However, we understand if you wish to return a product. This policy outlines the conditions and process for your returns.

Conditions for Returns

  • A return can only be registered after you have physically received the item.

  • Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. This includes international shipping fees and any potential customs duties.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not.

  • We do not allow the practice of ordering multiple sizes with the intent of returning part of the order.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale / Spring Sale / Winter Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Each year, we hold a Spring Sale and a Winter Sale, during which the final items from selected collections are offered at substantial discounts. Because these products are end-of-season items and are sold at significantly reduced prices, all purchases made during these sales are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We recommend checking the product description and selecting your preferred size carefully before completing your purchase.

The Return Process

  1. Register your return: Contact us at info@noraandolivia.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. Receive instructions: We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. Ship the item: Send the item back at your own expense. You are responsible for all shipping and customs costs.

  4. Tracking: We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace. We cannot process returns for items that do not arrive at our supplier.

Refunds

Once the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability & Responsibility

  • Nora & Olivia is not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing the correct address is the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Any errors in the shipping address must be reported to info@noraandolivia.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
